About the speakers

Anne Zhang
Head of Asset Class Strategy, FICC, J.P. Morgan Private Bank

Anne Zhang is a Managing Director and the Asia Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Strategy at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Based in Hong Kong, she leads her team on providing fixed income and interest rate product solutions to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients including self-directed, discretionary and structured products.

She is responsible for designing strategic portfolio allocation strategies using fixed income, interest rates and FX products, identifying high conviction tactical trading ideas, as well as recommending complementary discretionary and hedging solutions. She specializes in Greater China and North Asian credits, and frequently represents JPM to discuss Chinese and Asia rates and credit market trends at Asian financial media including Bloomberg, Asia Wall Street Journal and Yicai.

Ms. Zhang has over 15 years of experience servicing UHNW clients in North America and Asia in both market- and client-facing roles. She also has extensive experience working with institutional clients in a derivative sales role with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she started her career.

Ms. Zhang holds Masters of Science degrees from the University of British Columbia, Canada and the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, USA. She is a CFA charter holder.

Prashant Bhayani
Chief Investment Officer, Asia Pacific, BNP Paribas Wealth Management

Prashant Bhayani is the Chief Investment Officer, Asia Pacific of BNP Paribas Wealth Management based in Singapore.

Prashant joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management in January 2016 from J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he was a senior global investment specialist. Before that, he was co-Chief Investment Officer, co-Founder, Managing Partner of Cork Street Capital Advisors, a global equity alternatives firm based in London. Prashant has worked in global financial institutions including Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Prashant is a highly accomplished professional who brings over 24 years of experience across asset classes in equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, and alternatives having worked in Asia, United Kingdom and the United States.

Prashant received a BA in Economics at Northwestern University in Evanston in 1991 and a MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France in 1997.

Patrick Ho
Chief Investment Officer, North Asia, HSBC Private Banking

Patrick Ho is the Chief Market Strategist in North Asia at HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth. He serves as a member of the Asia Regional Investment Committee, which formulates investment strategies for the region.

His primary responsibilities also involve driving thematic investment offering across all asset classes for private banking clients. Patrick will drive the development of the Asia advisory model portfolio incorporating the core-satellite and thematic investment approaches.

Patrick joined HSBC in June 2017. Prior to joining HSBC, Patrick was Director of Greater China Equity Research at Credit Suisse Private Bank in 2016-2017 and Head of Thematic Research APAC and Deputy Head of Equity APAC at UBS Wealth Management in 2006-2016. Patrick also held senior equity research roles for 12 years, working at Bear Stearns, BNP Paribas and other brokers.

Patrick earned his Master of Philosophy (Economics) and Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Patrick has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1997.

Jaspar Crawley
Head of Distribution, APAC Ex-China, World Gold Council

Jaspar Crawley is Head of Distribution, APAC Ex-China, having joined the World Gold Council in August 2018. Jaspar is responsible for building long-term relationships with institutional gold investors.

Jaspar has over 10 years’ experience in the gold industry and related fields, working as a precious metals sales trader at UBS and Deutsche Bank. Formerly a Captain in the British Army, Jaspar holds a degree in History (BA Hons) from Newcastle University, the STA Diploma in Technical Analysis and is a CAIA charter holder.
