For the purposes of this policy, customers are not identified by ascribing a monetary value to the individual, given access to a number of Asian Private Banker services is not based on a subscription model and is free to access/attend.

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We need certain information to provide our products and services such as an email address to receive an email newsletter, or your job title, company name, email address and telephone number for conference/webinar registration/confirmation.

If you register for one of our events or webinars, either through our website, or via an emailed enquiry for registration access, that information will be collected and stored by us.

Anonymity of responses in any published findings from the research will not feature any contact details of the provider of the information, though we will still maintain an internal record and that information will be collected and stored by us.

Access to the cloud is strictly controlled and we limit who has access to your information and ensure that those who do are contractually bound to keep your information availability restricted and safe. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. We do not, and never will sell our data to any organisation. The only data that is shared externally to Asian Private Banker is the delegate lists of our webinars or live events to the sponsors of those events.
Such information will only include the name, job title, work email and location of the event delegate/webinar listener.
These sponsors may contact you after the event for feedback via email and send you marketing via email.
Asian Private Banker is not responsible for their privacy practices and their interactions with you. It remains entirely at your discretion whether you accept contact from them and we advise all sponsors that our sharing of delegate data is in no way a guarantee of future communications.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDINGS
There may be photographers/videographers at our events to capture content and the event experience for use in future event marketing, or APB promotional material across online and offline channels. If you are filmed, photographed, and/or recorded as part of any of our events, your image or likeness may be used.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for third partner marketing purposes.
You have the right to ask us not to be featured in any APB marketing material where your image/likeness is used.
You have the right to review, correct or delete your information upon request, noting by doing so, however, that you will no longer be able to access particular areas of our website (if you are a subscriber), or receive invitations to attend events, or participate in future industry forums.
