What was behind the judges’ decision?
- UBS Global Wealth Management laid out a convincing case for how it is providing end-to-end, full lifecycle solutions to family offices in Asia Pacific. This starts from research on key issues such as legacy planning, next generation and thought leadership events; to the drafting of family constitutions, wealth and succession planning; to execution services such as setting up of family councils and investment advisory boards, and the implementation of family governance processes
- The bank showcases a packed and insightful agenda of relevant content and thought leadership programmes in order to better engage the regional family office and UHNW clientele. These range from flagship family office forums in Shanghai and Singapore to philanthropy seminars, family office academies and a series on next-generation planning
- Through several in-depth case studies presented to the Awards for Distinction judging panel, UBS Global Wealth Management was able to outline real-life examples of how its UHNW clients in Asia Pacific were benefiting from everything the bank has to offer, ranging from family office establishment and asset allocation to complex financial market transactions. In these cases, the bank was able to convincingly demonstrate how they directly led to more net new assets being placed with UBS Global Wealth Management and an overall deepening of the client relationship
