What was behind the judges’ decision?
- With over 200 CIOs worldwide, UBS has consolidated all the latest market views into Circle One, with direct access to video content and live events. Since UBS acquired Credit Suisse, the bank also included more digital content from Credit Suisse experts in markets where UBS Global Wealth Management formerly did not operate, such as Australia and India
- During the review period, Circle One brought business momentum to UBS Global Wealth Management. For example, more frequent communication between clients and UBS’s client advisors and successfully bringing in positive NNA for the GWM business
- In addition to the above, the Circle One team is also looking to further enhance its platforms by providing UBS’s client advisors insights on client interests to initiate better client conversations
