Noah Holdings is honoured to be recognised by Asian Private Banker again in 2023.
Noah Holdings has been deeply rooted in the wealth management market for two decades. Noah remains dedicated to serving high-networth Chinese clients globally. Leveraging Hong Kong as a hub, we have begun building teams of relationship managers in key locations such as Singapore, Europe, and the United States to cater to Chinese clients’ comprehensive asset allocation needs.
In 2023, facing market fluctuations and global economic challenges, Noah not only demonstrated keen insight into investment strategies but also achieved a qualitative leap in client services. Always prioritising client-centricity, Noah focuses on meeting clients’ needs and desires and effective communication.
In conclusion, as an independent wealth management institution, Noah’s core competitive advantages stem from its profound client insights and strong track record. Our core competencies are centred on creating
real and long-term client value, encapsulated in the ethos of “client-centric, with survival as the bottom line.” We firmly believe that only by helping our clients thrive can we succeed as a business and thereby create enduring value for our shareholders.
What was behind the judges’ decision?
- With a sizable number of relationship managers in its Hong Kong and Singapore offices, Noah posted a strong YoY net revenue growth for 3Q23, primarily driven by one-time commissions from the distribution of insurance products
- Revenue of the firm’s overseas business rose significantly, now accounting for a sizeable portion of total revenue, and almost putting it on par with Noah’s domestic business
- Most recently, Noah reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Sun Life, to bring better and more comprehensive wealth inheritance services to customers
What we said
“Chinese wealth manager Noah Holdings continues its offshore expansion, tapping Chinese clients who want to go global. The firm is about to recruit more private bankers from Asia’s wealth hubs as the firm saw overseas revenue sharply surge in recent years,” said Twinkle Sparta, associate editor, Asian Private Banker.
“As part of its strategic layout, Noah Holdings was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first Chinese independent wealth management institution to achieve dual listings of Hong Kong and US shares.
“In addition, for the past 10 years, Noah has been focused on inheritance protection solutions for its clients. This solution is dedicated to providing customers with services including wealth inheritance, risk isolation, and tax optimisation, to prevent unexpected events and various risks from eroding wealth. A huge congratulations to Noah Holdings for winning the Best Independent Wealth Manager – China award.”
