What was behind the judges’ decision?
- The bank has successfully adopted more advanced features for wPlan such as primary market debenture subscriptions to provide clients with a more convenient channel, and more sophisticated wealth products such as private markets and structured products
- SCB is also one of the few domestic players that has integrated hyperpersonalisation features in its digital platform. For example, clients can enjoy different service levels depending on their requirements: RM assistance in person, RM assistance via teleconference, or do-it-yourself
- SCB has seen significant adoption rates across all its digital channels, reflecting its ability to deliver strong digital wealth management services to domestic clients
