What was behind the judges’ decision?
- The firm is improving the quality of financial advisory services by upgrading the skills of relationship managers and leveraging digital advisory tools. Elsewhere, it also increased efforts on forming partnerships in various fields to provide a complete range of wealth management services
- Given a broadened customer reach thanks to new channels, including the SCB EASY App and digital lending platforms that increased the digital customer base and expanded the breadth of offerings, the number of SCB EASY App users surged sharply in recent years
- The team continues to provide key services for private customers such as estate planning and family office services
