Co-Founder and CEO
The team at AIFMetrics is building India’s leading alternatives ecosystem with digital first, API enabled tech, creating immense value for asset managers, private banks and independent advisors.
Monika leads Client Engagement and Business Development at AIFMetrics. Being an active alternatives investor and managing her private family office, she brings first-hand knowledge in Alternatives distributing & reporting challenges.
Monika comes with several years of start-up and management experience. She spent more than 10 years in Singapore with internet companies doing Business Development and M&A across APAC markets. In her years at KPMG Corporate Finance, she advised several tech companies on strategy and M&A.
Monika is a qualified Chartered Accountant and studied Financial Management & Accountancy at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also has a Bachelors in Commerce from Bangalore University. Monika is a passionate orchid grower; nurturing over 2000 plant species & hybrids.
Co-Founder and CPO
Gautam leads Product roadmap, functionality & user interface at AIFMetrics. He is instrumental in productising the AIFMetrics platform. Prior to co-founding AIFMetrics, Gautam headed Product Management at Carl Zeiss, where he developed several products including an AI based platform for Ophthalmologists to screen and conduct data analytics on retinopathy patients across the US, Europe, China and India. He spent more than 10 years in the US, building and managing products for Cisco and Cadence.
Gautam has a MS in CS from University of Lincoln and MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus. Gautam is an avid sports enthusiast and spends most summers trekking.
Co-Founder and CTO
Satish is Chief Architect of the AIFMetrics platform. Satish is a technology leader with extensive experience on Cloud connected solutions and platforms. He worked with Hewlett Packard and other large enterprises for a decade and has been associated with multiple start-ups since 2013. Satish is responsible for and excels at building teams from ground up, scaffolding the engineering stack, leading the engineering effort and working hands on with the team.
Satish has received formal training on Cyber Security & Cyber Defence from IIT Kanpur which enhanced his skills to build & deploy secure applications. Satish would like to consider himself as a recovering long distance runner.
