What was behind the judges’ decision?
- Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, SCB has dramatically accelerated the deployment of its end-to-end, hybrid digital advisory, known as SCB wPlan. The platform, with the assistance of an RM, allows for digital client onboarding, portfolio review, product recommendation and trade execution, among other features
- SCB has integrated hyperpersonalisation to an extent rarely seen in domestic onshore players. For example, SCB clients can enjoy different service levels depending on their requirements — RM-assistance in person, RM-assistance via teleconference, or do-it-yourself
- SCB clients can also get differentiated pricing for specific products, receive personalised investment recommendations, and customise their userinterface (UI) and user experience (UX)
