“The firm launched the Global Emerging Markets ex-China Fund in 2022 with an aim to mitigate geopolitical and ESG risks related to China while benefitting from the vast growth potential across emerging markets.
“The investment objective of the fund is to achieve an excess return over rolling five-year periods against the benchmark MSCI EM ex-China Net Index. Tracking error is typically 3-7% p.a. over a rolling three-year period relative to the benchmark. The fund generated around 15% in return in the first seven months of 2023.”
