head of Impact & Sustainable Investing, portfolio manager

“It has become increasingly evident that the negative impacts of biodiversity loss pose a systemic risk to the planet and the global economy. We believe that we can make a difference by investing in companies that will avert the loss of, or replenish, biodiversity while delivering financial returns, and are delighted that Asian Private Banker has recognised the Federated Hermes Biodiversity Equity Fund with this award.”

For its single-minded commitment to delivering attractive long-term financial returns while having a positive impact on society and the planet as a whole. the Biodiversity Equity Fund by Federated Hermes has been named Best New Fund – Equity.

The team invests in a concentrated portfolio of companies that are best-in-class and provide solutions to avert loss of and support restoration of biodiversity.
