Freeman Tsang joined Pictet Asset Management in Nov 2020 as Head of Intermediaries, Asia ex-Japan, with over 20 years of industry experience. Based in Hong Kong, Freeman is responsible for developing fund distribution and client relationship management activities for Pictet Asset Management in the region.

Before joining Pictet, Freeman had been Head of Wholesales Business for China(offshore), Hong Kong, Korea for Legg Mason Asset Management Hong Kong Limited (currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc.) since 2009. Prior to that, Freeman was the Business Development Vice President at Pictet in 2006 where he was responsible for wholesale business development and implementation of commercial strategies for Asia Pacific ex-Japan.

Freeman has taken various senior roles in multiple financial institutions, including Director of Business Development at Citigroup Asset Management and Sales Director at Janus Capital Group where he was responsible for developing retail and private banking businesses in Asia.
Freeman graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Applied Computer Science from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto.

Audrey Wong
Executive Director

Audrey joined Pictet Asset Management in April 2015 and is the Executive Director, Asia ex-Japan. She is responsible for developing fund distribution and client relationship management with private banks in Asia as well as South East Asia.

Audrey joins us from J.P. Morgan Asset Management where she was the head of private bank distribution in Singapore. Her experiences also included a four year term with Man Investments, where she was responsible for their Singapore wholesale business. Prior to that, Audrey was with HSBC Private Bank where she led the funds advisory business in Singapore. She began her career with Merrill Lynch International Bank in 1999 where she held various investment roles.

Audrey obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Banking & Finance from Monash University, Australia. She is a CAIA charter holder and completed the CFA ESG Certificate.
