Overview
The Chief Operating Officers Leaders Conversations are where COOs from private banks come together behind closed doors to debate, share and network on the most challenging and fast-moving topic in private banking: technology and digital transformation. Access is restricted to Chief Operating Officers (Heads of Digital, CTOs, CDOs and CCOs) and is capped at 20 participants to ensure genuine dialogue and sharing.

Key themes for discussion in the roundtable include where are banks looking in the next stages of digital transformation to provide an edge or to level the playing field in attracting clients in the private wealth management industry? Where are the next complimentary digital solutions to enhance the client experience? What are tech-savvy clients demanding from their advisers after a year of remote relationships? And where are the common problems in the adaptation of new technology between banks’ vast networks? |
